He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Willis, Jr. and Vivian Nixon Willis; and his brother Steve Willis. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Willis of Coeburn, VA; his children, Christina Price (Jason) of Coeburn, VA and Mark Willis of Wilkesboro, NC; and his sisters, Tamra Rigsby of Anderson, SC and Donna Carico (Jeff) of Bristol, VA. He is also survived by five granddaughters; eight great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
