She was predeceased by : her parents, James Clyde Watts and Emma Ford Watts; her husband Edward Howard Jarboe; and her son J. David Jarboe. She is survived by : her children, Diana Jarboe (Melissa Albright-Jarboe) of Wise, VA and Edward Jarboe, Jr. of Olney, MD; her grandson Zachary Jarboe (Taana) of Manassas, VA; her great grandchildren, Ethan Jarboe, Colin Jarboe and Kelly Jarboe; her siblings, James Watts of Wise, VA, Wayne Watts (Julie) of Wise, VA, Shirley Campbell of Norton, VA, Freda Lyons of Norton, VA, Sandra Watts of Norton, VA and Brenda Shimmel of Manassas, VA; her nephew Caleb Ennis; and her granddaughter Kaniah Parrish.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home (956 Park Ave NW, Norton, VA 24273-1821). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
