He is survived by: his children, Michael Paul Perry (Karie), Freemont, Jonathan Cleve Perry, Rebecca Kay Perry (Jay Jay Falin), Big Stone Gap and Cora May Carter (Leonard); his sister Tonia Large; his grandchildren, Zachary Lee Perry (Dez), Brandan Paul Perry (Amber), Caleb Michael Perry, Brain Lee Carter, Bradley Shane Carter and Cheyenne Grace Carter; and his great grandchildren, Halee Nicole Perry, Arabella Raelyn Perry, Kolton Cash Elijah Perry and Aiden Lee Perry. He is also survived by numerous nieces nephews and friends.
