He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Eugene Mullins, Jr. and Ruby Marie Vance Mullins. He is survived by: his children, David Christopher Mullins (Victoria Jordan Mullins) of Alabaster, AL and Katie Mullins Reilly (Chris Reilly); his grandchildren, Taylor Mullins (Jaelyn), Haley Mullins (TJ Lowe), Jordan Mullins (Landon Reed) and Isla Maeve Reilly; and his great grandchild Beckett Allen.
