She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee Adams and Viva Mae Adkins Adams; her daughter Jill Broaddus; and her siblings, Greg Adams, Cofer Adams, Carroll Adams, Elmer Adams, Ada Kiser and Jeanette Greear.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Leah James (Ben) of Franklin, KY, Matthew Richesin (Amber Grimes) of Alcoa, TN and Daniel Blankenship (Kelsey) of Friendsville, TN; her sister Ann Stacy; and her nephew Chris Adams of Gate City, VA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
