She was predeceased by : her parents, Conley Brickey and Mary Vandergriff Brickey; her husband Herbert "Hub" Masters; her stepmother Lydia Brickey; and her siblings, Thomas Sidney Brickey, Geneva Brickey, Lydia Ison and Franklin Darrell Brickey.

She is survived by : her sons, Herbert Isaac Masters (Lila) of Wise and Rodney Wayne Masters (Deborah Rivers) of Norton; her grandchildren, Mia Freeman (Brett) of Colonial Heights, Dylan Masters (Cassandra) of Wise and Kayla Rose (Jason) of Wise; and her great grandchildren, Ariel, Zachary, Joshua, Juniper, Landon, Lincoln, Andrew, Gregory and Donnie. She is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
