She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Shular and Ruth Stidham Shuler; her husband Noah Rubin Burke; and her siblings, Betty Bates and Bill Shuler.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Fawbush and Jeff Burke (Jill); her granddaughter Morgan Fawbush; and her sister Barbara Wagner (Kenny). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens (5650 Powell Valley Rd, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219).
