He was predeceased by: his parents, Tester Turner and Cindia Turner; his wife Brenda Joyce Turner; and his grandson Joshua Frazier. He is survived by: his siblings, Patty Hawkins of St. Paul, VA, H. J. Turner (Virginia Turner) of Castlewood, VA and Pansy Meade of Nora, VA.; his children, Corrie Adkins (Isaac Adkins) of Kingsport, TN, Nathan Turner (Louisa Passano) of Cincinnati, OH, David Turner of Kingsport, TN, Gary Frazier (Betty Baugus) of Norton, VA, Rachel Burgess (David Burgess) of Wise, VA and Betty Wilson (Scott Wilson) of Castle Rock, CO.; and his grandchildren, Jeanie Brown, Myra Turner, Isaiah Brown, Brittany Frazier (Carleigh Frazier), Zackery Frazier, Kelsey Frazier Sun, Alyssa Lynn Vance-Merrin, Autumn Cantrell, Justin Wilson, Jessica Wilson, Alyssa Wilson, Landon Adkins, Katherine Adkins and Riley Thacker. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
