He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Brown and Beulah Brown. He is survived by: his wife Mary Brown of Norton; his daughter Amy Brown of Warminster, PA; his sister Brenda; and his brother-in-law Estill Nicholson of Chamblee, GA. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Homes - Wise (1621 Norton Rd SW, Wise, VA 24293). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel (1621 Norton Rd SW, Wise, VA 24293).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Food Bank of Wise County, P.O. Box 2971, Wise, VA 24293.
