She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Oferl Salyer, Sr. and Betty Lou Hall Salyer; and her brothers, Monty Clay Salyer and E. O. Salyer II. She is survived by : her husband Gary Ned Mullins; her daughter Melissa Kozakowski (Joe); her grandchildren, Gary-Neheimiah and Alyssa-Skye; and her great grandchildren, McKenley and Greyson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
