He was predeceased by : his wife Wilma Jean Wells Hubbard; his parents, Buford Foster Hubbard and Shirley Naomi Swindall Hubbard; and his siblings, Robert Hubbard, Dorothy Robinson and Mary Richardson.

He is survived by : his children, Wayne Keith Hubbard of Seymour, TN and Sabian Alexandria Hubbard; and his siblings, Charles Hubbard (Crissy) of Hampton, VA, Gary Hubbard (Paulette) of Midway, TN and Betty Mills of Wise, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
