He is survived by: his daughter Brianna Forney of Florida; his siblings, Gene Forney (Sharon) of Norton, VA, Herbert Hucks of Indiana and Mae Dingus of Fayetteville, NC; his aunts and uncles, Lena Foster of Norton, VA, Wanda Forney of Baltimore, MD, Thomas Forney of Coeburn, VA and Robert Forney of North Carolina; his nephews, Eric Forney of Norton, VA, Jermaine Forney of Norton, VA and Gregory James of Norton, VA; his cousins, Berta Forney of Baltimore, MD and Gayle Forney of Baltimore, MD; and his brother-in-law Michael Hill of Norton, VA.. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home (956 Park Ave NW, Norton, VA 24273-1821). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
