She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey R. Foster and Ida Maples Foster; her husband William Hershel Ritchie; and her daughter Gale Bailey. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Lee Ritchie of Dallas and John Ritchie (Janet) of Abingdon, Virginia; and her sister Lois Donnelly of Elizabethton, Tennessee. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home (310 6th St NW, Coeburn, VA 24230). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Sturgill Funeral Home Chapel (310 6th St NW, Coeburn, VA 24230). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Acres Cemetery (436 Centre Ave NE, Coeburn, VA 24230).
