She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Ray Mullis, Jr. (Teresa Castle) of Norton, Mary Marietta "Sis" Peters (John) of Norton and Melody Marie Cooper (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Maxell Mullis (Sarah) of Norton, Amanda Tiffany (James) of Danville, Jason Peters (Shawna Lewis) of Norton, Zachary Cooper and Macy Castle of Norton; her great grandchildren, Jaycee Peters, Elijah Peters, Joshua Peters, Patrick Tiffany, Conor Tiffany, Henry Tiffany, Lucas Lewis, Aurora Mullis and Atreus Mullis; her siblings, Richard Kern of Wise, Steve Kern of Norton, Jean Blankenship of Norton and Alice Chandler (Radford); and her pets, Bree and Blossom. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hagy & Fawbush Funeral Home (956 Park Ave NW, Norton, VA 24273-1821). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
