He is survived by: his daughter Kati Hensley; his pet Willow; his siblings, Jack Hensley (Crystal) and Gail Miller; his niece Skylar Hill; his great-niece Morgan Baker; and his great-nephew Timothy Baker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
