He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wampler and Ruble Wampler. He is survived by: his girlfriend Rita Mullins; his siblings, Roberta Herbert, Robert Wampler, Jr. (Sherry) and Michael Glen Wampler (Teresa); his niece Melissa Wampler; his nephews, Travis Wampler (Wendi) and Sean David Wampler; his great-nieces, Aceshia Wampler, Kailey Wampler, Payton, Ashton and Katie Wampler; and his great-nephew Travis Coty Wampler.
