She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Sensabaugh Etter and Claude Western Barron; her stepfather Howery Haford Etter; her fiancé Willie "Bob Tail" McCurdy; her siblings, Ruth Loretta Sensabaugh, James W. Sensabaugh and Glennwood E. Sensabaugh Sr.; and her sister-in-law Freda P. Sensabaugh.

She is survived by: her sons, Fredrick Sensabaugh of Columbus and Jaymil Sensabaugh (Kelli) of Coeburn; her siblings, Belva Sensabaugh Henderson of Evansville, Indiana, John of Norton and Jerome Etter (Beverly) of Norton; and her granddaughters, Lajaya, Mya Randi, Milliana and Maikah Remi Sensabaugh. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
