She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Terry L Michalsky; her siblings, Susan Hazard, Kevin Hazard (JoAnn), Christopher Hazard and Mike Hazard; her nephew Jackson Hazard; and her parents, George Hazard and Lora Hazard. She was also cherished by many Nieces & Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews, and a Great, Great Nephew.
