He was predeceased by: his mother Day; and his siblings, Homer, James P. and Diana. He is survived by: his wife Judith Campbell Lewis of Oakton, VA; his children, Meredith Thomas of Lewes, DE, Elaine Nolan of Corte Madera, CA, Campbell Lewis (Kathleen) of McLean, VA and Melanie Lewis of Burbank, CA; his grandchildren, Oscar, Vera Thomas, Graham, Campbell, Cooper Nolan, Caroline, Sam, Maeve Lewis, Sally and Roy Barchowsky; his sister Patsy Lewis of Georgetown, KY; and his sibling's children, Lynn Drager, Kelly Thompson, Dr. Joe McMillin and Jesse McMillin.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Bob's memory to his family's scholarship that was established in 1988 to provide financial assistance based on need and academic merit to any regularly enrolled student of Georgetown College.
