He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Horne and Margie Keen Horne. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Horne, Jr. (Susan) of Oakwood, VA and Patrick Ray Horne of Grundy, VA; his siblings, Shirley Horne of Oakwood, VA, Jo Ann Horne of Oakwood, VA, Shelby Horne of Oakwood, VA, Betty Horne (Allen) of Oakwood, VA and Nelson Leon Horne of Oakwood, VA; and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Horne and Sarah Horne (Joseph Dotson).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shortridge Ramey Funeral Home of Oakwood (1020 Big Skeggs Road, Oakwood, VA 24631). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home (1020 Big Skeggs Road, Oakwood, VA 24631).
