He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Ratliff and Stella Ratliff; his wife Dorothy Ratliff; and his siblings, H. C. Ratliff, Gladys Hess, Ola Gay Lester, Shirley Sykes, Katie Anderson, Janette Addison and Fay Crow.
He is survived by: his son Keith Ratiff (Tamitha) of Rogersville, TN; his siblings, Geneva Ratliff Constantine and Claude Ratliff (Bonnie) of Oakwood, VA; his grandchildren, Megan Jee (Jeremy) of Kingsport, TN and Terry Phillips, III (Brittany) of Kingsport, TN.; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Everson and Maverick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
