He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Ratliff of Knoxville, Tennessee; his siblings, Olivia Wilson (Jerry) of Oakwood, Virginia, Elizabeth Ratliff of Oakwood, Virginia and David Ratliff (Kim) of Richlands; and his close friend Max. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and truck driving friends.
