He is survived by: his children, Tina Fletcher of Rowe, VA and Bobby Joe Hale (Darlene) of Rowe, VA; his former wife Merle Lee Hale of Rowe, VA; his sister Kathy Hinkle (Jerry); his sister-in-law Edith Hale of Oakwood, VA.; his grandchildren, Brandie Hess (Tony), Bobby Keith Hale (Sabrina), Cody Hale (Kaitlyn) and Joseph Fletcher (Ali); and his great grandchildren, Avery Hess, Alleigh Hale, Grayson Hale and Ivy Kate Hale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
