He is survived by: his wife Misty Rose; his children, Brandi Rose, Maddy Wells (Jacob Harmon), Jacob Rose and Samantha Rose; his grandchildren, Cali Rose, Kysen Rose, Averlee Shortridge and Kentleigh Stanford; and his sister Bridgette Keen.
