She is survived by: her husband Darrell Rowe of Paynesville, WV; her father Billy Ward (Lynn Ward) of Cedar Bluff, VA; her children, Cortney Hale of Lebanon, VA, Austin Hale of Patterson, VA and Ethan Hale of Lebanon, VA; her stepchildren, Brandon Rowe (Megan) and Chantel Rowe (Nikki); her grandchildren, Elliott, Addison, Xander Hale, Randon and Aria Rowe; her grandmother Olga "Vicky" Ward of Richlands, VA; her brother Stephen Ward (Lori) of Tracy, CA; her nieces and nephews, Isabella, Elisha and Josiah; her aunt Sally Jo Cooper; her mother-in-law Dorothy Rowe; and her siblings-in-law, Anthony Rowe and Loretta Jewell (Jamie). She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help cover her funeral expenses.
