He is survived by: his children, Rodney Kilmon (Cindy) of Virginia Beach, VA and Angie Noe (Mike) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, Courtney Noe Laudermilch, Lauren Kilmon Sinclair, Tyler Noe and Ryan Kilmon; his great grandchildren, Ryder Sinclair, Luke Laudermilch, Harper Laudermilch, Brooks Sinclair, Collins Laudermilch and Colt Noe; and his stepchildren, Lisa West (Mark) and Kurt Stallcup (Debra).
