We announce the death of David Windsor of Onancock, Virginia, who passed away on June 30, 2026, at the age of 67. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginius Milton "Jinks" Windsor and Marion Lee White Windsor; his brother Terry Windsor; and his niece Amanda Windsor. He is survived by: his son Terry H. Windsor (Becca) of Eagle Rock, VA; his brothers, Robert Arnold Windsor of New Church, VA and Tommy Lee Windsor (Sallye) of Lewes, DE; his aunt Mary Thom Cullen; his nieces and nephews, Robert Lee "Bobby" Windsor (Angelica Marie), Thomas W. Windsor (Allison), Andrew D. Windsor and Stephanie L. Hansen; his grandchildren, Chase R. Windsor, Toby Ann Windsor and Ellymae Windsor; and his close friends, Phillip Walter Hope and Greg Sappington.
