He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Edward "Eddie" Cooper and Jean Ward Cooper; and his sister Nancy Jean Cooper Baker. He is survived by: his daughter Hope Elizabeth Wallace of Parksley, VA; his siblings, Steve Cooper (Karen) of Parksley and Colleen Cooper Bylenski (John) of Melfa, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Craig Cooper, Jason Cooper, Tracy Marsh Johnson and Crystal Marsh.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home (94 Market St, Onancock, VA 23417).
