She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Ayres "Al" Pruitt, Jr.; her parents, James Thomas "Pete" Banks and Mary Lee Banks; her siblings, James T. Banks, Jr. and Linda Donaway; and her brother-in-law C. Kenny Lynch.
She is survived by: her son Alfred Ayres "Skidder" Pruitt III of Onancock; her sister Jacqueline "Jackie" Lynch of Selbyville, DE; and her brothers-in-law, Walter Donaway of Powellville, MD and Mark S. Pruitt (Robin) of Belle Haven, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
