She is survived by: her sons, Robert Arnold Windsor of New Church, VA, Tommy Lee Windsor (Sallye) of Lewes, DE and David William Windsor of Onancock, VA; her sister-in-law Mary Thom Cullen; her grandchildren, Robert Lee "Bobby" Windsor (Angelica Marie), Thomas W. Windsor (Allison), Andrew D. Windsor, Terry H. Windsor (Becca) and Stephanie L. Hansen; and her great grandchildren, Chase R. Windsor, Toby Ann Windsor, Ellymae Windsor, Cody J. Hansen, Bradlee Marie Windsor and Phillip Walter Hope. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
