He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Burton Parks and Pearl Faye Cooper Parks; and his siblings, Vanessa Dise and Elton Todd Parks. He is survived by: his children, Allison Jane Megyesi (Nick) of Bonaire, GA, Richard Tyler Parks of Gloucester, VA, Kenneth Austin Parks (Mika) of Newport News, VA and Christian Smith Parks (Marie) of Vienna, WV; and his siblings, Michelle McCready (Paul), Michael "Mike" Parks (Tina), Kim "Socks" Parks (Maureen) and Gary White Parks (Dixie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
