He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth F. Palmer and Delores A. Palmer (Semrau). He is survived by: his wife Michaela Palmer; his sons, James Palmer of Onancock, Jeffrey Palmer (Kristy) of Port Charlotte, Joseph Palmer (Claire Tannenbaum) of Sykesville and Thomas Palmer of Onancock, Virginia; his granddaughter Felicity Tannenbaum; and his sister Deborah Watson of Wethersfield, Connecticut. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home (94 Market St, Onancock, VA 23417).
