It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dottie Milliner of Onley, Virginia, who passed away on October 6, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Joseph Hubbard and Margaret Mathias Hubbard; her husband Cary F. Milliner, Jr.; her daughter Ann Milliner Freeman; and her sister Emma Sue Taylor.
She is survived by: her son Cary F. Milliner III (Hollie) of Aiken, SC; her son-in-law Kriss Freeman of Lynchburg, VA; her grandchildren, Cary Milliner IV (Nicole) of Atlanta, GA, Gaines Milliner of Aiken, SC, Trevor Freeman of Lafayette, CO, Stewart Jones (Tyler) of Raleigh, NC and Genevieve Ryder (Kyle) of Norfolk, VA; and her great grandchildren, Sullivan Spears Jones and Ann Scott Ryder.
