He is survived by: his wife June Horsey Evans; his son Terry Evans (Julie) of Melfa, VA; his grandsons, Joshua Evans (Amanda) of Norfolk, VA and Cody Evans (Kristi) of Onancock, VA; his great grandchildren, Nora Holly Evans, Layla Rose Evans, Brooklyn Mae Evans and Beckham Thomas Evans; his nephew R. Wayne Dize, Jr. (Anne); and his niece Cynthia Franklin.
