She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Talmadge Scott and Blanche Harrison Scott; her husband Robert Franklin Lewis, Sr.; and her sisters, Doris Whitley, Gloria Davis and Norma Harris.

She is survived by: her son Robert F. "Frankie" Lewis, Jr. of Onley; her sisters, Sylvia Griggs of Windsor, VA and Mary Paul Harmon (Butch) of Melfa, VA; and her granddaughter Chelsea Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
