She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ples Lawrence and Clara Lee Lawrence (Ray); her husband John Anthony Warner; and her siblings, Sue Sullivan, Perry Lawrence, Elaine Phelps and Janice Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Michael of Staunton, Virginia, Carmen of Virginia Beach and Stephen (Kim) of Gordonsville, Virginia; her grandchildren, Ashley Payne Martin (Chris), Devan Payne (Trista), Amber Warner Martyn, Megan Warner Mawhorr (Jason) and Leah Warner Cline (Chase); and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Jackson of Pittsburgh, Janet Myers of Greensboro, NC and Garry Warner of Hollidaysburg Pa. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Addie would prefer donations to charities of your preference.
