She is survived by: her children, Chrystal Churchman of Orange, VA and Larry Churchman (Donna) of Charlottesville, VA; her siblings, Ricky Johnson of Orange, VA and Paulette Adamson of Orange, VA; her grandchildren, TaQueshia Churchman, Krystal Churchman and Darrick Hester (Karen); and her cousin Barbara Ann Johnson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
