With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Virginia Whitlock Colvin (Orange, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2025 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roby Whitlock and Irene Whitlock of Elkwood; and her siblings, Clyde Whitlock, James Edwin Whitlock, Claire Lucille Whitlock and Shirley Bradshaw.
She is survived by: her husband George Colvin of Brightwood; her son Jeff Colvin (Tina); her grandchildren, Tyler Colvin and Bailey Colvin; her siblings, Eva Peck of Roanoke, Thelma Rankins of Fredericksburg, Mary Frances Salgado of Bristow and Roy Whitlock of Elkwood; and her friends, Peggy Nash of Monticello Lake and Peggy Carpenter of Brightwood.
