She was predeceased by: her parents, Levina Mazerolle and Fred Mazerolle; and her siblings, Gerry, Joe, Lorn, Don and Della.

She is survived by: her former husband Jean-Luc Bombardier; her children, Brigitte Sandra, Marc-Anthony and Danielle Jacqueline; her husband Tom Jacobs; her sons-in-law, Dale Willingham and Todd Cole; her grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan and Jonathan; and her great grandchild Nehemiah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
