He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jerry Norris and Flora Virginia Norris; his wife Susan Robin Norris; and his brother Robbie Norris. He is survived by: his children, Karrie Powell, Jackie Lewis (Billy), Josh Norris (Morgan) and Kathleen Lam (Zeke); his grandchildren, Thomas Powell (Riley), Leah Knight (Satchel), Jordan Powell (Emily) and Drew Powell (Grace); his children, Emma Rose Lewis, Will Lewis, Ava Lewis, Kate Lewis, Cailey Norris, Mylie Norris, Grant Norris, Luke Lam, Ezekiel Lam, Malachi Lam, Isabella Lam, Nehemiah Lam, Evie Sue Lam, Selah Jo Lam, Ezra Lam, Zechariah Lam, Zion Lam and Boaz Lam; and his great grandchildren, Leddie Knight, Landri Knight, Lennox Knight, Brooks Powell and Scottie Powell.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the North Pamunkey Baptist Church (15109 Pamunkey Ln, Orange, VA 22960).
