She was predeceased by: her parents, William Aldine and Ethel May Miller Funkhouser; and her husband Donald Richard. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Gregory (Daniel Madden) of Henrico, Karen Rose (Kevin) of Orkney Springs and Kevin Moomaw (Mary) of Orkney Springs; and her grandchildren, William, Thomas Gregory, Lucy, Lettie Rose, Margaret Moomaw Gomez (Mark) and Elizabeth Moomaw Somers (Kory). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cathedral Shrine (217 Shrine Mont Cir, Orkney Springs, VA 22845).
