He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Brady and Ruby Brady; and his brother Robert Brady. He is survived by: his wife Hilda; his daughter Ellen Tester (David Tester); his granddaughter Heather Spence (Shawn Spence); and his great grandchildren, Jillian Spence and Porter Spence.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Doughty Funeral Home (3117 Main St, Exmore, VA 23350). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Cape Charles Cemetery (3229 Old Cape Charles Rd, Cape Charles, VA 23310).
