With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank Riggin of Painter, Virginia, born in Sanford, Virginia, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Roosevelt Riggin and Laura Mae Riggin; his siblings, Mary Howard (Robert Miller "Bob"), Vincent and Wayne Riggin; his nephews, Robert M. "Rob" Howard, Jr. and Gregory T. "Greg" Howard, Sr.; his great-nephew Norval William "Trey" LeCates III; and also Gage Barrett.

He is survived by : his brother Edward "Eddie" Riggin; his caregiver Jamie LeCates-Brown; and also, Mia and Desiree. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
