He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Kelley, Sr. and Anita Kelley; and his siblings, Greg Kelley, Robert Kelley and Kathy Harmon.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Hope Kelley; his stepchildren, Michelle Williams and Lee Sturgis; and his stepgrandchildren, Logan Sturgis, Cooper Sturgis and Ryan Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kelley Family Cemetery (30175 Harborton Rd, Painter, VA 23420).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a local VFW.
