He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Todd and Mary Todd (Stemler); his wife Shirley Ann Todd (Bachmann); his daughter Annette Todd; and his siblings, Thomas Todd, Mary Lou Stephens, Sallie Klug and Jo Ann Waldorf.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Hartle and Eric Todd; his grandchildren, Laura Hartle, Calvin Todd, Alex Hartle, Bryan Todd and Kelly Todd; his great grandchild Alice Hennig; and his brother Robert Todd.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thacker Brothers Lake Monticello Funeral Home (138 Heritage Dr, Palmyra, VA 22963). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
