He was predeceased by : his grandparents, William, Edith Shifflett, Jean Lowe and Claude Lowe; and his uncle Doug Lawson.

He is survived by : his parents, Paul Andrew Lowe, Sr. and Juanita Shifflett Lowe; his sisters, Sharon Lawson Taylor (Daniel) of Stanardsville and Brittany Wright (Joshua) of Albemarle; and his nieces and nephews, Evan, Delana Taylor, Riley and Connor Wright.
