He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norcross and Agnes Norcross (Edith Elizabeth Norcross); his siblings, Dorothy Norcross Bailey, Jeanette Willis, Edward Norcross, William Franklin Norcross and Richard Wayne Norcross; and his son Rodney Nathan.
He is survived by: his children, Candice (Chad Poseno) of Bluefield, VA and Robert Norcross Jr. of Maryland. He is also survived by his stepchildren, many nieces and nephews, many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
