He is survived by : his wife Elaine Ellis Hutton; his daughter Patti; his son-in-law John Glassford; his children, Bill and Cathy; his son-in-law Russell Stewart; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Jack and Julia. He is also survived by his wife and family and all extended family and friends.

“Jim Horan Marilyn and I have many fond memories of Bill as a nice guy. ai They go back many many years to the happy times at the Police Camp wirh Harold, Gus Murphy, John Henning and all the rest. To our Trip to Florida in Bill's father's Car; for Easter Break. To the dances and time at Dongan Council. To Bill being in our Wedding party. To the many years of friendship and weddings of children.. We have been lucky to have known such caring and thoughtful friends as Bill and Elaine.”
