He was predeceased by: his parents, James Everett Richardson and Hattie Baldwin Richardson; and his brothers, Gene and Thomas Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Parsons Richardson; his daughters, Janis R. Bunce (John) of Henrico and Jill R. Hrynciw (Doug) of Henrico; his grandchildren, Suzanne, Stephanie Bunce, Allie and Noel Hrynciw; his siblings, Henry Richardson (Shirley), Willie Richardson (Wendy), David Richardson (Betty), Rachel Lee (Wayne), Brenda Brisentine, Shirley Cheatham (Ralph) and Margaret Davis; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Richardson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
