He was predeceased by: his father Larry Wilson. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Wilson of Saxe, VA; his wife Lea Patterson Wilson of Concord, VA; his children, Joshua Wilson (Rachael) of Madison Heights, VA, Deshay Wilson (Dazheia) of Bedford, VA and Damon Wilson (Joslyn) of Appomattox, VA; and his sisters, Nannie Haskins of Red Oak, VA and Michelle Mosley of Red Oak, VA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Giles-Harris Funeral Home (1304 N Main St, Chase City, VA 23924). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Piney Grove Baptist Church (4000 Roanoke Sta Rd, Randolph, VA 23962). A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at the Elam Family Cemetery (181 Mill Pond Rd, Saxe, VA 23967).
